  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, and details are accurate. Slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur, especially for handmade items such as candles and wax melts.

  • Prints may differ slightly in colour due to screen and printing variations.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

4. Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Our Returns Policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Items must be returned in original condition. We cannot accept returns of opened candles or wax melts (for hygiene and safety reasons), or personalised prints.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product names, text, and images are the intellectual property of The Wild Goddess (Kayleigh Marie Priest). They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Use of Products

Candles and wax melts must always be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided. The Wild Goddess is not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse of our products.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantee that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. Products are provided “as described” and in accordance with UK law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
