The Wild Goddess Returns Policy

At The Wild Goddess, we want you to love the magic you bring into your home. If for any reason you change your mind, our returns policy is set out in line with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, please email us at hello@thewildgoddess.co.uk with your order details.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

• Unused, unopened candles and wax melts (for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles/wax melts that have been lit/opened).

• Unused, undamaged prints in their original condition and packaging.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised prints.

• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

How to Return

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs (original postage) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Please contact us should you be wanting to exchange an item and we will look into this for you.
