You Don’t Have to Burn It All Down to Begin Again

There’s a moment in every woman’s story
where the life she’s built begins to feel… not quite hers anymore.

• A quiet moment

• A candle

• A page torn from your journal

• A pen

1. Light the candle. Breathe deeply. Let the noise of the world melt away.

2. On the page, write down what no longer fits. No judgment. Just truth.

3. Beneath it, write:
   “And this is what I choose instead…”
   Let the words come. A new vision. A soft vow. A next step.

4. Fold the paper and place it beneath the candle.
   Let it sit there for the rest of the day—a reminder that beginnings don’t always require destruction.

You’re not lost. You’re just becoming.
And that doesn’t always need to be loud.
Sometimes the softest rebuilds are the most sacred ones of all.
